Kelayakan Penyertaan
Penyertaan terbuka kepada semua individu yang memenuhi syarat yang ditetapkan oleh pihak penganjur.
Pendaftaran
Semua peserta wajib mendaftar sebelum tarikh tutup yang ditetapkan. Penyertaan tertakluk kepada pengesahan pihak penganjur.
Yuran pendaftaran yang telah dibayar tidak boleh dikembalikan (non-refundable). Sila pastikan anda telah membuat pertimbangan dan bersetuju dengan terma ini sebelum membuat pendaftaran.
Peraturan Pertandingan
Peraturan Peralatan:
✅ Hanya produk Beyblade X TAKARA TOMY Atau HASBRO {Salah satu atau keduanya sekali} keluaran rasmi Malaysia sahaja dibenarkan.
❌ Sebarang modifikasi adalah tidak dibenarkan
⚠️ Part yang retak (hairline crack), rosak atau terlalu haus perlu diganti sebelum digunakan.
📌 Semua part dalam deck mestilah tidak berulang semasa pemeriksaan (inspection).
Penting
➤ Kegagalan mematuhi peraturan akan menyebabkan DQ.
⚖️ Semua keputusan juri adalah muktamad.
Peserta hendaklah mematuhi semua peraturan pertandingan yang telah ditetapkan. Sebarang pelanggaran boleh mengakibatkan pembatalan penyertaan.
⚠️ Sebarang bantahan atau dispute mestilah dibuat semasa pertandingan berlangsung. Bantahan selepas round seterusnya bermula tidak akan dilayan.
🚫 Rakaman video atau campur tangan pihak luar tidak akan dilayan dalam proses membuat keputusan pertandingan.
Tanggungjawab Peserta
Peserta bertanggungjawab ke atas keselamatan peralatan masing-masing sepanjang pertandingan berlangsung.
Hak Penganjur
Pihak penganjur berhak membuat sebarang pindaan terhadap jadual, format pertandingan atau peraturan tanpa notis awal sekiranya perlu.
Rakaman & Penggunaan Media
Sepanjang pertandingan berlangsung, pihak penganjur akan mengambil gambar dan rakaman video bagi tujuan dokumentasi dan promosi.
Dengan menyertai pertandingan ini, peserta bersetuju bahawa imej, suara dan rakaman mereka boleh digunakan oleh pihak penganjur dalam media sosial, laman web dan bahan promosi tanpa memerlukan kebenaran tambahan atau bayaran.
Liabiliti
Pihak penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kecederaan, kehilangan atau kerosakan harta benda sepanjang acara berlangsung.
Persetujuan
Dengan menyertai pertandingan ini, peserta dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju dengan semua terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan.

Eligibility
Participation is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set by the organiser.
Registration
All participants must register before the specified registration deadline. Participation is subject to confirmation by the organiser.
Registration fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure that you have carefully considered your participation and agree to this term before completing your registration.
Competition Rules
Equipment Regulations
✅ Only officially released Malaysia-market Beyblade X products from TAKARA TOMY or HASBRO are allowed — either brand or both brands may be used.
❌ Any modification or alteration is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Parts with cracks (including hairline cracks), damage, or excessive wear must be replaced before use.
📌 All parts in the deck must be unique and must not be duplicated during inspection.
Important
➤ Failure to comply with these regulations may result in disqualification (DQ).
⚖️ All judges’ decisions are final.
Participants must comply with all tournament rules and regulations set by the organizer. Any violation may result in the cancellation of participation or disqualification.
⚠️ Any protest or dispute must be raised during the competition. Complaints submitted after the next round has started will not be entertained.
🚫 Video recordings or intervention by external parties will not be considered as grounds for changing or reviewing the organiser’s decision during the competition.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their own equipment throughout the competition.
Organiser's Rights
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, competition format, or rules without prior notice when necessary.
Photography, Video Recording & Media Usage
During the competition, the organiser may take photographs and video recordings for documentation and promotional purposes.
By participating in the competition, participants agree that their image, voice, and recordings may be used by the organiser on social media, websites, and promotional materials without requiring additional consent or payment.
Liability
The organiser shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event.
Agreement
By participating in the competition, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
